We’re Tyler and Molly Shellenberg. Tyler is originally from Montana, and Molly is from Chicago. We met and married in Seattle, living there for eight years before moving to Chicago.

Tyler brings over a decade of experience in property development, construction, and real estate, with a degree in Civil Engineering. Molly is a Registered Nurse and a calligrapher specializing in wedding stationery.

In 2022, we bought a fixer-upper on Camano Island, WA, and renovated most of it ourselves. Tyler earned his real estate license and served as the listing agent when we sold the home. Today, we’re both licensed agents.

We love every step of the process—from buying and designing to renovating and selling homes. While we each have our own strengths, we don’t fit the traditional “designer” or “builder” roles. Instead, we’re both hands-on and involved in every part of the business.
